Workouts with a view. The natural beauty at Highlands Falls is on full display through every window and door in our Fitness Center which makes getting your daily exercise a treat rather than a chore.
The view of the mountains, golf course and river will be a welcome distraction during our Pilates, spinning, barre, yoga and strength training classes. The views will also take your mind off the miles you’re running on the treadmill and the weights you’re lifting when you choose to work out on your own.

In addition to a full schedule of fitness classes and equipment, as a member at Highlands Falls you have access to two certified training professionals and licensed massage therapists offering personalized instruction, acupuncture, and other specialized care.
Our Fitness Center is a hub of activity throughout the season, but it doesn’t stop when you’re away from the Club. Our trainers have taken fitness to a higher elevation, developing online programming to keep you in shape all year long.
